- Discrete hard lump with fixation +/- skin tethering/dimpling/altered contour
- Breast lump with or without pain
- Skin distortion
- Previous history of breast cancer with a new lump or suspicious symptoms
- Spontaneous unilateral blood stained nipple discharge, nipple eczema, or nipple discharge.
- Recent nipple retraction or distortion or changes in breast shape
- Male patients with unilateral firm subareolar mass +/- skin changes
